To the left is a view of our lobby (looking left from the main doors). The children's check-in desk is the one at the back center, but make sure you stop at the Guest Services desk first so you can pick up a card for a free drink and doughnut for everyone in the family from our coffee shop, and other great "stuff."
Of course, the lobby is crowded on Sunday mornings, and you will most likely be warmly greeted long before you reach the children's area, but we do ask that you check in with us. Anyone wearing a navy blue shirt (right) will be able to help you.
Security:
We take the security of your children very seriously. Unless you keep your kids with you in the main service, they must have a name tag with an alphnumeric identifier and you will be given a corresponding "claimcheck" tag. You will need this tag to pick up your kids from their classroom after services. You will also be asked to fill out a "green card" which provides us with all of the appropriate emergency information. By the way, this works just like the guest book at the guest Services desk, so don't waste time filling out both! Or, to speed things up, just e-mail us your information by the Wednesday preceeding your first visit, and we will have you in our computer system, and you can check in using the computers. (We'll have your free coffee card etc waiting at the children's desk) Otherwise, we'll help you hand-write temporary badges for the kiddos. Speed this up by downloading the green card (left) and filling it out ahead of time. We need a seperate card for each child.
